Selling agents Colliers International said the shopping centre offered more than 12,000 square metres of gross leaseable area (GLA) and an estimated fully leased income of $4.58 million per year.
“The centre comprises a modern and stronger performing, fully enclosed neighbourhood shopping centre anchored by the largest supermarket (Woolworths) in Bathurst in addition to the highest number of national tenants in the Central Business District,” advertisements for the sale read.
“Bathurst City Centre site in the heart of bustling Bathurst, a large regional town located in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, approximately 55 kilometres south east of Orange and 200 kilometres north west of Sydney CBD.”
