The food is so good at the Panorama Mini-Mart and Takeaway that customers regularly make the journey from as far as Lithgow, Windradyne and Kelso to tuck in.
Brothers Jason, Chris and Mathew, together with Jason’s wife Ashlie, took over the Havannah Street, South Bathurst, mini mart just on two years ago and they have built a reputation for some of the freshest, tastiest food in this city.
Before the quartet stepped in to run the mini mart, it had been vacant for a few months, and many people are still not aware that it's doors have been reopened.
“We just want to get word around town to let people know we are open and are serving up delicious burgers, chips and fish,” Jason said.

At the foot of Mount Panorama, the mini mart is the perfect place to make a pit stop, with plenty of parking available, friendly service with a smile, a spick ‘n’ span shop and food that is worth the drive.
Becoming increasingly popular, Jason said, is the gluten free range of food.
“People are happy to be able to order a gluten free burger, and gluten free chips,” he said.
To round out the package, their chicken salt and gravy is also gluten free.
Open seven days a week, the mini mart also sells a range of essential items, handy when you have run out of deodorant or toilet paper, or opened the coffee jar to find it empty.
