This year’s Great Race is on from October 5-8 and Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 event manager Rachael White it should be another bumper race festival.
“We have sold more than 6300 camp site tickets for this year’s event, which is in line with our sales of 2016,” she said.
“Sites at the top of Mount Panorama and the paddock area campground are again some of our most popular tickets for the event, taking just four days to sell out.”
Ms White said powered motorhome sites, that were introduced at the Bathurst Harness Racing Club in 2015, were also sold out.
“[They] remain hugely popular, given their proximity to the track and family friendly facilities,” she said.
