Torrie Thornbury, aged 16, was last seen leaving a premises on Howick Street, Bathurst, about 10am on Thursday.
Police and family members hold serious concerns for her welfare.
Torrie is described to police as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander in appearance, between 150cm-170cm tall, of thin build with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information about Torrie’s whereabouts, or anyone who sees her is urged to contact Bathurst Police Station via Crime Stoppers.
