The 10 participants came from as far away as Sydney to learn the basics and more advanced techniques in working with polymer clay.
The tutor was Carol Dobson, who is a local designer in polymer clay and member of Evans Arts Council.
Participants were provided with a range of pieces for inspiration, and produced everything from miniature fuchsias and domes to disks, beads, petals and inros (a small Japanese-inspired wearable container).
Comments were all very positive and participants are looking forward to future polymer clay workshops in 2018.
Evans Arts Council runs regular workshops in a range of arts and crafts. Upcoming workshops for 2017 include crochet, knitting, lino-printing, card-making and miniatures. There is also a regular art workshop run on the third Monday of the month.
Evans Arts Council wishes to thank Bathurst Regional Council for its continued support, for without it, these workshops would not go ahead.
