The aggressive batsman was part of Big Bash League history earlier this summer when he was a member of the first Adelaide Strikers outfit to take out the national Twenty20 competition.
Last weekend he and younger brother Blake put on 252-run stand for their ACT Premier Cricket club side Weston Creek-Molonglo, the siblings both belting double centuries.
Then on Saturday afternoon, the Dean boys celebrated together with their Creek team-mates after winning the ACT first grade grand final by six wickets over Eastlake.
Blake took 1-45 off 15 overs at Chisholm Oval as Creek dismissed Eastlake for 290 runs.
Thanks to an impressive 167 from Mark Bennett Creek chased down that total, Jono Dean also impressing as he crashed 10 boundaries in making a handy 66.
