A COWRA man has been refused bail after allegedly being caught with three kilograms of cannabis in his car.

The man was pulled over by police on Sunday afternoon.
Police will allege Bathurst Highway Patrol were conducting Mobile Breath Testing on the Mid Western Highway at Blayney, on Sunday afternoon when they stopped a white Toyota Hiace van being driven near the intersection of Carcoar Street for a breath test.
After speaking with the male driver and making a number of observations a search was conducted and an esky was located in the rear of the van.
Within this esky police allegedly located a blue cooler bag containing six large bags of cannabis bud.
Police will allege the total weight of the cannabis was approximately three kilograms.
The 58-year-old man from Cowra was arrested and conveyed to Bathurst Police Station where he was charged with Supply large indictable quantity of Cannabis and Possess Cannabis.
The accused has been refused bail to appear before Bathurst Local Court on Monday.
