Lions Club of Bathurst Macquarie will hold a virtual sausage sizzle in the Bathurst City Centre, adjacent to Donut King, from 10am to 2pm. Money raised will go to the Australian Lions Childhood Cancer Research Foundation.

Andrew Fletcher will talk about his local Great War research at the Bathurst District Historical Society Monthly Muster. He will talk about some of those who paid the ultimate price at Australia’s second engagement of World War One - Gallipoli. Monthly Musters are held in the Uniting Church Hall in William Street at 7.30pm.
Ladies’ Probus Club of Macquarie (Bathurst) will meet at the Bathurst Senior Citizens’ Centre in Russell Street at 10am.

The historic gold-mining village of Hill End is once again being transformed into a music, culture, food and history lover’s paradise for The End festival from Friday, April 20 to Sunday, April 22. The festival will kick off on Friday night with The Beginning of The End at the Royal Hall, where Bathurst duo Smith and Jones will perform Fleetwood Mac’s award-winning Rumours album.
