Almost all the medallists from the recent NSW titles will compete, including newly crowned elite road racing champion Gene Richards.
The under 23 road race champion Brandon Conway will also be one to watch in the peloton, as will state criterium victors Cameron Roberts (elite) and Kai Chapman (under 23s).
However, on current form the winner looks likely to come from the powerful St George Continental Cycling Team.
They have had a sensational start to the Asian Continental season, including a last-start win in the Tour of Thailand with Ben Dyball. He was runner-up to Dylan Sunderland in the 2016 B2B when looking a likely winner.
Michael Potter (Australian Cycling Academy) who placed third in last year’s edition of B2B when beaten by Dylan Sunderland and Marcus Culey, will also ride on Sunday.
