It will mark the fourth running of the event that has now firmly entrenched itself as a staple of the local racing calendar, with big grids and sensational racing in the truest Bathurst tradition.
A dramatic conclusion to the 2018 edition saw Iain and Grant Sherrin take victory driving a BMW M4, passing three cars within the final half-hour of the Easter Sunday race.
“I am still smiling and to be honest, it is still surreal,” Grant Sherrin said.
“With 10 minutes to go we had some passing to do but I just focused on that, drove as clean and fast as I could to the front, and to get it done was just fantastic.”
In total 56 cars – from a 62-strong entry list - started the enduro.
Full details surrounding the 2019 Bathurst 6 Hour event, including the full support race program and broadcast details, will be announced later this year.
