A 30-piece orchestra from the Mitchell Conservatorium played the classics from everyone’s favourite Disney films, as the kids, dressed in full costume, danced and sang along.
Lauren Hagney from Mitchell Conservatorium said the performance was amazing.
“It was bigger than we ever expected - we had 550 people. The orchestra did a fabulous job. There were kids up dancing; it was great,” she said.
“To see the joy on the kids’ faces, we were thrilled. Because of its success, we hope to do it again.”
She also thanked the major sponsor, Cosventure.
“They did a fantastic job.”
