Emergency services were called to the collision on the Eglinton Road, near Abercrombie Road which occurred just before 9am.
Three patients were treated at the scene by paramedics, with one patient, a woman in her 50s, transported to Bathurst Base Hospital with neck pain.
Traffic was diverted around the crash.
