If a car is parked nose in, the driver is on the side furthest from the traffic and with less visibility of oncoming traffic - more dangerous when backing out than if nose out.
I agree that people need to learn to reverse park properly.
On the other hand, the road rules used to state that drivers should stop if a car is reversing ahead of them.
I can no longer find that rule in the online traffic rules, but of course if you run into someone ahead of you, you are at fault.
What about a competition to see who can draw the 45 degree angle and then some sort of reward, like a sticker, for those who park correctly?
