Snow could fall as low as 600 metres during another wintry blast across the region that could even see light drifts in the Bathurst CBD and suburbs.
The bureau’s MetEye website shows a large band of snow across the region from 7am on Sunday, stretching past Crookwell in the south and west to Orange.
Bathurst can expect a top of eight degrees Celsius on Sunday with a chance of showers.
It will be even colder in Oberon where the mercury is expected to reach just four degrees.
There is a chance of light showers both days.
