Playing at St Mary’s, Poland ran in 12 tries and while Bathurst native Siejka did not get his own name on the scoresheet, he certainly made his presence felt.
It was Siejka who created the opening try of the contest, displaying some neat footwork before throwing an over the top cut out to his centre Simon Maslanka, who crossed in the corner.
The halfback was also critical in setting up the third try as his brilliant 40/20 gave Poland good field position.
By half-time Poland led 28-0 and though Hong Kong were first to score after the break, there was to be no comeback.
The Poland side, which included Siejka’a fellow Central West talent Jamie Szczerbanik, cruised to victory.
Poland’s next match is against Japan on Sunday at Cabramatta.
