The green and gold 14s were far too strong for their rivals in an eight wicket win at Morse Park 2 while the Bathurst 12s had a more tense affair in their three wicket triumph at Brooke Moore Oval.
Bathurst’s win in the under 14s contest was a strong team effort.
Six different players found wickets and Bathurst caught the 63 target just two wickets down.
Captain Blake Kreuzberger top scored with an unbeaten 27.
Angus Parsons (18) and Calvin Windus (11) got Bathurst off to a comfortable start with the willow before Cody Hall (six not out) chipped away at the remaining runs with his captain.
Meanwhile the under 12s managed to catch Orange’s 124 runs with just 14 balls and three wickets to spare.
Blayde Burke, Mac Hutchings, Riley Hoad and Cooper Stephen all bagged a pair of wickets each for Bathurst as they removed Orange for 124.
In a strong show of maturity the young Bathurst side recovered from a middle order stumble to open their account with a victory.

Connor Brown was the standout performer with the bat.
He came in at number five for Bathurst following two cheap dismissals but proved impossible for the Orange attack to shake.
Brown scored an unbeaten 25 while Stephen (10 not out) helped him chased down to Orange total.
Bathurst coach Phil Newton was pleased to see how patient his team were during their chase.
“Right up to the end it was anyone’s game but our guys held their nerve and managed to chase down the runs,” he said.
“Our team was split 50-50 between players who were here last season and new players.
“Last year was a steep learning curve for them. They were a very young side. This year they’ve got that bit of experience.
“That maturity and experience showed. We needed three to four runs an over for the last 10 overs or so but the boys didn’t panic.”
The next match for the under 14s will be an away fixture against Lithgow this Sunday.
Bathurst’s under 12s will travel to play Mudgee on November 25.
