In August 2016, the old TAFE building in William Street was formally handed over to the council.
We all have observed no moves have been made to develop the building.
I can only assume a lack of money or ideas has prevented the council from doing anything constructive with the TAFE building.
Now the council has acquired another building in William Street, how long will it be before it will be converted into a community facility?
I am usually opposed to developers taking over buildings such as these, but perhaps it would make sense for both these buildings to be utilised as soon as possible.

Strict covenants should be imposed so the facades are not destroyed by developers. This is probably the only financial solution for these buildings to be restored and put to good use.
How long will Bathurst have to wait while the council decides what to do with the buildings or has the funds to do something constructive?
