YOUR editorial ("There's a time and an age for every debate", February 21) questions the right of youth to take action on issues such as climate change and implies they are incapable of grasping the issues.
Why pick on the kids? A big proportion of the so-called older and wiser have opinions being formed by folk science rather than the rigorous methodology required by true science.
Think of all those kids conscripted into some past and pointless wars by the older generations. If only the kids could have had more say.
