Mighty combines various aspects of theatre [physical, dance, circus and verbatim theatre] to explore the concept of strength in modern society, with close reference to the way leaders behave.
According to director and Lingua Franca co-founder Adam Deusien, Mighty examines how strength manifests itself in a variety of contexts.

"The characters emerge as these alien, Elizabethan aristocrats who slowly dissolve into more modern and optimistic representations of what strength can be," Mr Deusien said.
"There are moments where the show is irreverent, silly and funny, and other times where it can be quite solemn and reflective."
Mighty will intersect performing arts with visual arts, with the production's set featuring large steel sculptures created by Oberon artist Harrie Fasher.
Mr Deusien said the idea for Mighty stemmed from a conversation he and Lingua Franca co-founder Alison Plevey shared a few years ago with a fellow creative.
"An actor I was working with at the time said that I needed to be a bit more mean in order to take control of the performance," he said.
"This led Alison and I to question the possibility of taking the lead from a place of empathy, compassion and vulnerability as opposed to aggression, brutality and decisiveness."
Mr Deusien said the combination of various styles of theatre in Mightly allows performers to communicate using multiple languages simultaneously.
"Using physicality allows the audience to enter an abstract world and take their own meaning from the performance," he said.
"There are so many different audiences in Bathurst, and we at Lingua Franca are proud to be comprised of regionally connected artists."
"We want to show the Bathurst community that we deeply care about making art locally, and hope this production can inspire emerging creatives."
Mighty is a collaboration between Lingua Franca and Local Stages, and will get underway tonight at BMEC from 7.30pm.
