A MAN has been charged with manslaughter following the death of a man at Kelso on Monday afternoon.

Just before 5pm, emergency services were called to a unit block on Bonnor Street in Kelso after reports of an altercation between two men.
On arrival officers located a 64-year-old man unconscious.
He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Bathurst Hospital where he later died.
A 35-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Bathurst Police Station where he has now been charged with manslaughter.
He was refused bail and will appear in Bathurst Local Court on Tuesday, February 26.
