The Bathurst school head into the sudden-death match after finishing the regular season in second, while Oakhill claimed third spot.
Stannies coach Tony Fisher is expecting a tough game.
"They were a tough opponent when we got out first win of the season," he said.
"The second time we played them, we batted well, when Ben Mitchell hit 99 at their place.
"They're a tough side and they've got some really good batsman like Rowan Love, Nicholas Hammond and Yash Patel. We'll have to be at our best to beat them."
Stannies had opened their 2018-19 ISA campaign against Oakhill back in October, holding on to win by 15 runs in Bathurst.
They faced each other again in November, in Sydney, Stannies cruising to an impressive 128-run, in a match when Ben Mitchell was dismissed for 99.
Fisher said it'll be good to get the win, considering it could be the last time the year 12s would play at Stannies.
"If we win and St Patrick's win, that means they'll host it and it'll be the last game the year 12s play here," he said.
"Hopefully we go well. We've got the personnel to do it and Ben Mitchell is batting well."
Saturday's game gets underway at Stannies' Stait Oval at 10am.
