With the game set to be played at George Park 1, Sydney Boys will also be looking to reach its first ever final.
The Moore Park-based school is renowned in NSW for its academic achievements, but has a long tradition of sports success, so no doubt the school will be looking to add the Alan Davidson Shield to its trophy cabinet.
Bathurst coach Paul Abbott knows it'll be a tough match.
"I think it'll be a really tough match," he said.
"Nic Broes has performed extremely well in previous matches and he's been the main contributor in some of those previous matches but I don't think we'll get away with relying on just Nic this time."
"We'll need a number of batsman to contribute and we had that back in the Western final against Dubbo. The boys all contributed well with the bat, chasing down a massive 241."
Abbott said it's been a huge effort from the school to reach the semi-final of the competition, the school last doing so in 2016.
"They're all excited and it's been a tremendous effort," Abbott said.
Abbott named several players that he knows can get the job done on Tuesday.
"All the boys have contributed but Charlie Hutchings, he's been a consisted bowler," he said. "His twin brother Nash, he's scored valuable runs, holding his bat when we needed him to."
In the other semi-final, Maclean High is yet to discover its opponents, as the quarter final match between Epping Boys High and Warners Bay High is yet to be played.
Bathust captain Broes has already hit 451 runs not out over five games throughout the Alan Davidson Shield and it's just one of many achievements he's collected over the 2018-19 season.
He's form with Bathurst District Cricket Association side St Pat's Old Boys, hitting a club record 186 runs in one match.
And he recently starred for NSW Combined High School (CHS) 2 at the NSW All School's Cricket Carnival on March 12 and 13.
From there he was selected in the NSW All School's side to play Queensland in April.
"He had a tremendous effort last week," Abbott said. "He hit 85 not out on the first day and then hit 48. He was meant to play a third game on Thursday but that was washed out.
"This comes after already being selected to tour England with NSW CHS."
"He's in a real purple patch.
Broes' knock of 85 came against a CHS 1 team, while his score of 48 was against Combined Independent School.
He took two wickets against CHS 1, while he snagged three more wickets against CIS.
Tuesday's match between Bathurst High and Sydney Boys High is expected to be played at George Park 1, however it may move location to Police Paddock, a synthetic wicket, if rain persists throughout Monday.
