Webber finished the game with figures of 5-14, sending Redbacks from 4-72 to all out for 90 in a short space of time.
Pat's suffered little to no drama during the chase as they reached the total with six wickets in hand.
It was a match where the Saints' young guns shined, as Cooper Brien's unbeaten 46 runs helped Pat's reach the target in style.
Ben Cant almost joined Brien at the conclusion of the innings when he was removed for 25 just three runs shy of the target.
"It was a really good weekend for the boys. It was great to see Cooper and Ben get the majority of the runs, two of our younger boys. They're carrying us old blokes," Saints' Brad Broes said.

"We ended up finishing minor premiers 18 points ahead of second. To then go on and win the major semi, then actually play and win the grand final instead of winning it by default through a draw was really good."
The president's cup final between Centennials Bulls and ORC at George Park 2 was reduced to a Twenty20 match thanks to the rain.
Bulls came out on top after Blake Kreuzberger's unbeaten 49 helped them chase down the target of 89 with two overs in hand.
Bathurst City didn't leave the last day of the season empty handed after their third grade team accounted for minor premiers Perthville in their grand final at Police Paddock.
