Held at BoxGrove on May 11, organisers for HOPE have set a fundraising target of $50,000, to match that of last year's total raised.
All funds raised will go directly to Daffodil Cottage and will be used to purchase high cost treatment drugs for cancer patients.
Last year, raised money helped 14 different people purchase potential life-saving drugs.
On the night there will be an auction, raffles, fundraising games, food and music, with the venue able to cater more than 200 people.
One of the event organisers and BoxGrove partner, Ben Fry, said there's an option for businesses to sponsor the event.
"We've got quite a few different businesses coming on board," he said.
"We know people want to give and donate, especially to what is a well respected organisation.
"We raised $50,000 last year and we want to smash that total again."
The inaugural HOPE event in 2017 raised $7800 .
