Panorama's men and women sides, which are nicknamed the goats by the club's fans, both won Premier League titles after defeating Mudgee Wolves and CSU in their respective grand finals.
They'll once again have two men in Premier League - Red (defending premiers) and Black - in 2019 while they'll just be the one in women's Premier League.
Panorama vice president Brock Collins, who will also coach the men's Panorama Black side, said the club is confident they can retain the Premier League titles they won in 2018.
"The two first grade men sides are looking really strong, so hopefully we can shoot first and second with them," he said.
"The women are obviously really, really strong. A few new added faces to the side, so the girls will be looking to stay at the top of the mark for the whole season."
However, the two men's side have suffered several loses to the Western NSW Mariners, after local Bathurst sides were no longer able to dual-register with the National Premier Leagues 3 side.
That's meant they've lost the service of 2018 grand final goal scorer Jaiden Culbert, Jeremy Judge, Paul Long and Jack Blatch.
"There's been a few big new signings for the first grade boys, but there's been some heavy losses to the Mariners, as well as some not playing anymore," Collins said.
"The teams have been training since December and they're looking really fit and really sharp."
Come Sunday, the men's competition will open with three games including a cracking club derby, with the Red siding facing the Black side at 3pm, the match scheduled to take place at Proctor Park 2.
Elsewhere, Panorama's women side will take on Macquarie United at 3pm, at Proctor Park 4.
Panorama are well represented in all Bathurst District Football grades, with three in men's second grade and one in third, fourth and fifth grade, while there is one in women's second and third grade, for a total 11 senior grade teams, making them the best represented team in Bathurst senior football.
