The desk, which opened last July at Bathurst City Centre, is manned by volunteers.
"It was clear that there was difficulty for the citizens of Bathurst to locate JPs, especially outside of office hours, which is essential if you work full time," desk co-ordinator Stuart Driver said.
"The establishment of the desk now provides a regular and reliable access to experienced JPs."

Mr Driver, who is also the co-ordinator for the local NSW Justice Association Support Group, said the desk is getting busier each month, with more than 500 documents signed for nearly 200 people so far this year.
"The desk is attended by a small but growing group of community-minded volunteers who are giving their time to provide this essential free service," he said.
"If you are a JP and would like to volunteer, please approach the desk - volunteering is an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge and skill as a JP. We would be pleased for you to join us.
"Essential for the desk is the support and sponsorship offered by the management of the Bathurst City Centre to provide the desk a home and the assistance provided by management and staff of Bathurst Optus.
"But the generosity of the volunteers to give up their time cannot be understated."
