The program has wrapped up filming in the region as part of an initiative to promote regional NSW's top tourism destinations and Member for Bathurst Paul Toole says the segment will air on Friday at 7pm.
Mr Toole said Better Homes And Garden's cooking presenter "Fast" Ed Halmagyi travelled through Oberon and Carcoar earlier this month, "meeting with local producers to pick up key ingredients to cook a signature dish".
"With some of the best producers in our own backyard, I have no doubt this will be a dish featuring in kitchens across the region," he said.
Minister for Tourism Stuart Ayres said the initiative was part of the NSW Government's strategy to triple overnight visitor expenditure in NSW by 2030.
"The NSW Government is determined to continue turbocharging rural and regional tourism and share the best of the bush and our wonderful local produce with the world," Mr Ayres said.
