The event - which has been locked in for Saturday, May 25, at Panthers Bathurst - was developed by Melissa Johnson, who was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2000, after she felt there wasn't enough awareness around for the disease.
Since 2013 she has held the fundraiser dinner to help generate money for two charities: Brain Tumour Alliance Australia and Brainstorm, which is a clinic that studies brain cancer at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Unfortunately, it has been confirmed that Ms Johnson's brain cancer has returned.
Sharyn Semmens, a friend of Ms Johnson who spoke on her behalf, said there'll be plenty of fundraising activities on the night.
"The night includes dinner, entertainment, raffles and auctions," she said.
"Once again we thank our local and national supporters who help make this event possible, such as Panthers Bathurst, who have donated a signed 2019 Penrith Panthers jersey, and local artists Will and Kelly Hazzard, who are donating art works."
Tickets for the night are $90, which includes a three course meal, which can be purchased at Panthers Bathurst in person or by calling 6330 0600.
For those who are unable to attend the evening but still want to give money towards the fundraiser, raffle tickets will be available for purchase at $5 a ticket.

The first prize for the raffle is a Taylor Made Escapes four hour cruise for four people, with a seafood platter, valued at $640.
Second prize is a Heavenly Hamper valued at $500, while the third prize is two Graham Ross Jacaranda cruise tickets and a bottle of wine valued at $150.
Once again we thank our local and national supporters who help make this event possible.

Ms Semmens said she would like to say thank you to the various organisations that help support the event, including the likes of Macquarie Medi Spa, 2BS/B-Rock, Bathurst Real Estate, Bernardis, Harvest Cafe and Terry White.
