There'll be a white elephant on the day, with furniture, knick-knacks and bric-a-brac all up for grabs, including a bar fridge and a full-size fridge.
There'll also be clothes, plants, CDs and books all for sale, as well as a barbecue and free coffee available.
Bathurst Presbyterian Church's Ben Grieg said all money raised on the day will be donated.
"Money raised will be given to Young Life, which helps disadvantaged kids, and to the United Safe Space," he said.
"Also, people will be able to have a look side the church building and see all the changes have been made. There'll also be mini-tours if people would like."
The Autumn Fair is set to get underway bright and early on Saturday morning at 8am and will run through to midday.
The Autumn Fair is just one event during the church's Autumn Festival.
That includes a public screening of For the Love of God: How the church is better and worse than you ever imagined on May 15, which is a documentary about the good, bad and ugly of the church over history.
Investigating Jesus is another feature of the festival, kicking off on May 19, which is an easy way to find out more about who Jesus is and what he's done.
