An Eglinton outfit keen to upset the competition leaders began the contest well and after Jasmine Rae found the target in the eighth minute, they had Panorama under pressure.
But three minutes later Panorama was back on level terms, by half-time they led 2-1 and in the second half - even though Eglinton still pressured - the Goats struck twice more to extend their undefeated streak.
Panorama coach Brent Huie was pleased with how his side responded to Eglinton's strong start.
"I think early on we struggled with their structure, their wingers were staying very high and very wide. They've got a girl called Eileen [Cosgrove] she was out on the left and staying very high and very wide and that was dragging our fullbacks wide and creating a lot of space for them. She's very quick as well," he said.
"For the first 10 minutes I thought they were probably the better side and probably deserved to be in the lead. It wasn't until we got that equaliser that we started playing the football we should have been playing the whole game."
While missing striker Tayla Slattery for the clash, Cosgrove and fellow young gun Tayla Braiser worked hard as third-placed Eglinton looked to upset the side which ended their premiership tilt in 2018. Rae's early strike gave them hopes of an upset, but after Talesha Bartlett struck in the 11th minute for Panorama, it lifted the frontrunners.
Midfielder Lisa Matthews then gave Panorama the lead in the 24th minute with a superb strike.
A corner kick had been cleared out of the Eglinton box but it found Matthews, who was standing close to the sideline. She then curled a shot into the top of the net.

That made it 2-1 at the break and nine minutes after the resumption of play, Panorama dealt their rivals another blow when Laura Risch scored off a Maddi Gallegos free kick.
A fourth goal via Courtney Hayter in the 72nd minute sealed the win and ensured Panorama remained on top of the premier league ladder.
"It's always a good game us versus Eglinton, we only struggled past them in the semi-final last year," Huie said.
"We are undefeated, but that's the fourth time we've come from behind. We came from behind against Cowra, when we beat CSU 6-2 we were down 2-0 and when we drew with CSU 2-all, we were down 1-0 and down 2-1.
"Even when beat Millthorpe 8-2, we were up 2-0 and they got it back to 2-all, we just keep letting teams get back into it unfortunately.
"[But] They have the confidence in their own abilities and we do have the fire power up front. The combinations are getting there, we had a few new signings this year - five of them are new - and they've been five our best to be honest."
