Topics will include Women's Health, the hormone soup dance; Gut Health,- where good health starts; Better Brain Health, Stress, we need to address your stress; and Sleep - why you can't live without it.
The seminars will help participants understand more about their own health, learn about preventative approaches to health, develop an appreciation of the five common root causes of a range of health conditions and acquire a range of takeaway tips to utilise in their own lives.

"I'm passionate about empowering others to understand the basics of good health," Dr Braid said.
"Good health starts at home, it doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. It's the daily actions that one takes that add up to good health or illness."
Dr Braid has been working as a doctor for 17 years and has specialised in brain rehabilitation.
She adds her expertise in lifestyle medicine in her approach to good health with clients, looking at common root causes of disease and addressing them on an individual basis.
She is the rehabilitation specialist for the Mid-Western Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program based in Bathurst and has a clinic in Orange. She is a wife, mother of three young boys, entrepreneur and loves getting outdoors.

CWWHC health promotion worker Ann-marie Brittain encourages women to attend one or more of the seminar sessions.
"It is vital that we all take the driver's seat when it comes to our health. The information that Dr Braid will share during these sessions will provide us with a great starting point to increasing our understanding of our own bodies and health," Ms Brittain said.
The first seminar - Women's Health, the hormone soup dance - is on Thursday, July 25 from 5.30pm. Cost is $45 per session with concessions available.
