Given the way the Frank Hurst-trained Good Odds Harada thoroughly dispatched his rivals in Monday's TAB Million Dollar Chase Heat 1 (520 metres) at Kennerson Park it's a question worth asking.
Good Odds Harada ($1.85 favourite) made the rest of the field look like chumps on his way to a 10 length demolition job on the Bathurst track.
His time of 29.30 was just six hundredths outside the track record for the 520m, and it comes after he beat the Kennerson Park 450m top time in a recent trial.
The win should come as little surprise as Good Odds Harada came to Bathurst on the back of finishing runner-up in the $112,000 Group 1 National Sprint Championship Final in Perth.
Once the field swung around the opening turn in Monday's heat Good Odds Harada flicked a switch and burned his rivals in a way rarely seen on a racetrack.
"I really don't know how to describe that one. He's just a very good dog," Hurst said.

"The win wasn't unexpected because we brought him up here to trial on Thursday and he smashed the 450m track record.
"When he found the front I thought he was going to be very hard to beat ... [but] you don't see winning margins like that anywhere."
Good Odds Harada, Double Up Dee ($9.50), Fernando Porsche ($34) and Midnight Joyce ($61) qualified through to Saturday's semi-finals on the same track.
Good Odds Harada has the same box (six) for the semi-final.
