The single follows the release of his debut EP, Late Night, in December last year, which saw lead track 'Capsize' reach number one on the Triple J Unearthed hip-hop chart.
Nossi Rah said the new single expands on 'Late Night' through the addition of pop influences into his core hip-hop sound.
"I was playing around with a few chords on guitar, and I came up with a progression that was screaming out for lyrics," he said.
"The song draws a fine line between hip-hop and pop, and is closer to the works of Post Malone and Joji rather than the music on Late Night."
Nossi Rah is the stage name of Harrison Carter, who is known for his exploits in the cycling arena and as a radio host on 2BS BRock.

But he said music has become a more significant part of his life in recent years, building on a lifelong passion for the creative art.
"It was unreal to see people singing along to my songs at a recent Charles Sturt University gig, and the support I've received so far has been unreal," he said.
Nossi Rah's Spotify profile attracts around 50 listeners each month.
'By My Side' will be released Friday, September 6 on all streaming services.
