The centre wore white to acknowledge Bravehearts' White Balloon Day, an annual event raising awareness for the prevention of child sexual assault and exploitation.
"Our involvement in White Balloon Day is a reminder to remain courageous and vigilant in ensuring the safety and protection of the children attending our centre," centre manager Jessica Woolbank said.
"Children and families are at the heart of everything we do."
The centre was one of 500 G8 Education facilities across Australia to celebrate White Balloon Day yesterday.
Centre educator Tamara Bright said the health and safety of children is the main priority at First Grammar.
"It's important for us to ensure each child receives enough attention and adequate supervision," Ms Bright said.
"The children enjoy our outdoor area, so it's vital to keep a close eye on them."
