A TEENAGER has died and three more are in a critical condition following a single motor vehicle crash in Cowra this afternoon.

Emergency services were called to Darbys Falls Road, near Porters Mount Road, about 3.05pm on Sunday following reports of a car crash.
Police say a Holden sedan, with four occupants inside, was travelling west when the vehicle left the road, hit a tree and rolled.

Police, NSW Ambulance paramedics, Fire and Rescue NSW, NSW Police Rescue and NSW Rural Fire Service attended the crash.
A 17-year-old male passenger died at the scene while the three other occupants were removed from the vehicle and taken from the scene via road ambulance before being airlifted to hospital.

The 18-year-old male driver was taken to Liverpool Hospital while a 17-year-old female passenger was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital and a 19-year-old male passenger was taken to Westmead Hospital.
A crime scene has been established and Crash Investigation Unit are attending to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash. A report will be prepared for the coroner.
