There's a stack of new faces in the Central West Wranglers 14-man squad who are on a mission to make a return to the Plan B Regional Bash grand final at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
Wranglers can book their ticket to the hallowed turf again during their new campaign across a busy three-game weekend this Saturday and Sunday.
The Central West men face traditional rivals Orana Outlaws at Wade Park this Saturday before travelling to play the South Coast Crew and Illawarra Flames at Albion Park on Sunday.
And the Wranglers will do so with less than half of the players who featured in their previous team.
Jameel Qureshi, Adam Ryan, Ben Sheehan, Matt Corben, Connor Slattery and Henry Shoemark are the only returning players from last season's original finals squad.
A mix of new and returning faces comprise the remainder of the 2019-20 team.
Jaden Ekert, Brett Causer, Ed Morrish, Wayne Sellers, Mitch Black, Mitch Taylor, Fletcher Rose and James Larkin have all come into the squad.
Qureshi, reprising his role as captain, said the changes bring some exciting players to the fore.
"Jaden Ekert's a very clean striker of the ball, probably one of the best strikers of the ball I've seen, so I'm looking forward to watching him bat," he said.
"James Larkin is a Taree boy and I played with his older brother at country boys as a kid. He's got a fair bit of experience playing Sydney grade cricket and he's another one I'm looking forward to seeing play.
"It's a well balanced side because we've got blokes batting down the order who would normally be playing three or four or even opening for their club teams. All of them have a lot to offer.

"I faced Mitch Black last year and he's a very smart spinner and Ed Morrish has got his crack too. He's worked hard to earn his spot."
Wranglers were too good for Illawarra and Orana during last season's pool stage, and they're in a mood to make history repeat.
An opportunity to return to the SCG is all the motivation Qureshi needs heading into a hectic weekend.
"Playing on the SCG is the big carrot," he said.
"It's great for country cricketers to have the opportunity to play on one of the best sporting grounds in the world.
"I think if we play our best cricket we will be hard to beat. We just need to go in and concentrate on the tools we have at our disposal and use them to the best of our ability.
"The thing with Twenty20 cricket is that it only takes one person to change the game so you've got to be on your toes."
Half the battle for the Wranglers will be coping with the short turnaround.
Wranglers and Outlaws face off from 9.30am Saturday at Wade Park before both teams travel down to the South Coast that night.
Central West will play the South Coast Crew at 9.30am before facing Illawarra from 1.30pm.
