KELSO High School's Cirkus Surreal will take its audience on a tour through the decades, at its annual end of year performance, being held at the school gym, November 28 and 29.

Teacher Tarquin Halls-Corbett said the students have been rehearsing for months for the performance, which he said would be "really special."
"The students have collaborated and developed the whole concept," he said, adding characters in the performance will travel through time visiting iconic events and places.
The performance will also feature music from different eras with everything from Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson to Led Zeppelin.

A massive back screen will feature videos and special effects complimenting the performance.
"This performance will be our biggest one yet, it's the end of a decade so it's really special," he said.
This year over 60 students from Years 7-11 are part of the performance, with participants including people who have just started to seasoned Cirkus performers.
The event is being held in the gym, at Kelso High November 28 and November 29, doors open at 6pm for a 6.30pm start. Tickets are $10 for adults, and $5 for students / pensioners. Children under five are free.
