Once again the Nationals have failed to answer any questions put to them about the state of the drought and what can be done to help struggling towns and farmers get through this difficult time.
The Nats can't function on their own, being nothing more than lap dogs and vote catchers for the Liberals, and only act when the Libs tell them to.
The Nationals deserted rural Australia years ago and, as evidenced here, have no answers to anything unless the Libs tell them what to say or hand out money to them to give to some part of rural Australia so as to be seen to be doing something.
IN OTHER NEWS AROUND BATHURST:
The only time you see a Nationals member around rural NSW is at election time or when some grant is handed out, whereas the Member for Orange is always around and easily available for most things.
After two defeats at the polls to the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party, the Nats are reeling still.
The Nationals, like the UN, are toothless tigers.
