Brown hit a first grade career-best of 73 not out while his captain Ryan (51) notched his second half century of the season to push the Saints past the students' total of 152 at Kinross Oval.
Victory has made Saints the only Bathurst team to reach a 3-1 record at this stage of the competition.
Brown saw out the entire chase for Pat's after starting the pursuit alongside Bailey Brien the previous Saturday.
Kinross found a breakthrough when they ran out Brien for 31 but Brown and Ryan led by example with the bat, building from the groundwork laid by Matt Fearnley's barnstorming seven wicket haul earlier in the game.
Fearnley also delivered the goods during Kinross' second innings of the game. His three wickets gave him combined match figures of 10-62.
Brown had showed promise with the bat in the early stages of this season without going on to post a significant score.
After an early dismissal in the previous weekend's Western Zone Plate semi-final Brown came out determined to hang around at the crease.
Brown played a methodical, controlled innings to pass his previous best individual score of 70, posted in the final round of the 2016-17 season.
"We just had to work hard because it was a slow outfield and the deck was pretty up and down. We played straight and we were able to keep the score ticking over," Brown said.
"It was better to bat on this week. There wasn't as much turn and it had a bit more of a glossy look.
"The outfield was reasonably slow on both weeks. The score probably could have been a bit bigger on a different deck.
"Ryano batted well and Bails batted well for his score. It was just two good partnerships which pretty much did it."

Brown's enjoyed the jump across from Centennials Bulls to his old junior club and said the young talent at the Saints adds plenty of passion to the team's Saturdays.
"It's been really good. Ryano and Fearns have been really welcoming and there's a great bunch of young blokes here," he said.
"It's a bit different to the other team since it's a younger team and they're that bit more enthusiastic for their cricket."
Kinross made their way to 6-142 in their second innings, with Will Luelf finishing on 76 not out.
Pat's let nine different bowlers have a crack at the students. Mitch Taylor and Ethan Ivory picked up a wicket each.
