"In this time of national crisis with fires and drought, it is important that communities pull together to support themselves and national needs," the group's president Nenita Weekes said.
She said guests travelled from all over the Central West, the Blue Mountains and Dubbo for the party, which featured entertainment, feasting and good cheer.

"We were honoured by the presence of Member for Bathurst and the Minister of Roads and Transport, Paul Toole, and councillor John Fry, representing the Bathurst mayor, Cr Bobby Bourke.
"Thank you for your continued and genuine interest in our community.
"We also received an apology from our new Consul-General from Sydney, the Hon Ezzedin Tago.
"We had a special treat in the form of Steve Owen from Rydal, who sings both Aussie and Pilipino songs with his mates Barry and Wendy.
"There was some energetic dancing by the Filipiniana Dancers and we all contributed to a beautiful feast, and our donors provided excellent prizes for our raffle.
"Everyone had a lovely time and helped us preserve our community and culture in our adopted land."
