In excess of 15 stallholders have been confirmed for the event, to be held on Saturday, and there is still an opportunity for new stallholders to join.
Co-op volunteer Lucinda Tutt said people who come to the markets can expect to find a wide variety of handmade and homemade items, including food, candles, pottery and produce.
While some regular stallholders from markets throughout the year will be there, some new ones have signed up to attend the last one of the year.
It's a great opportunity to buy some last-minute Christmas gifts, but more importantly the markets support micro businesses in the region.
"[The money] goes back into the economy and it strengthens us as a community when we shop locally," Ms Tutt said.
The markets will be held in the Macquarie Plaza from 9am to 12pm on Saturday.
Anyone who would like to be a stallholder can contact the co-op on 6332 1545 up until the day.
"It is for anyone. It doesn't matter who you are, if you want to be part of the markets you just need to give the co-op a call," Ms Tutt said.
