The relocated office is at the Scots Centre, 62-82 George Street, Bathurst.
The Scots Centre is a reminder of Scottish settlers' contribution to the wider life and heritage of the Bathurst area and provides a fitting environment for this relocated office.
Father Paul Devitt prayed a blessing, which was followed by a welcome to country.
Sister Monica Cavanagh OAM, the Congregational leader of the Sisters of St Joseph, travelled to be present at this gathering, where she offered words of thanks and encouragement to Mary MacKillop Today staff as she mingled with the group.
After some short speeches, participants enjoyed a celebratory morning tea served by hospitality students from MacKillop College.
One recipient of a No Interest Loan made available by Mary MacKillop Today spoke about how such a loan made available to her made such a significant difference to her life.
Since 1999, the Josephite Foundation, through the No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS), has helped many people in the Central West.
Mary MacKillop Today was formerly known as The Josephite Foundation and continues to be a ministry of the Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart.
NILS is delivered in partnership with Good Shepherd Microfiance.
Mary MacKillop Today's No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) is an accredited program that was developed by the Good Shepherd Sisters in 1981.
The loans do not attract interest and there are no fees. Loans are for up to $1500 and the loan term is for 12 to 18 months with approval within three business days.
The hope is that Mary MacKillop Today will continue to do likewise from this new office located in the Scots Centre Bathurst.
