Officers have warned residents to ensure their homes are properly secured to reduce the risk of falling victim to opportunistic thieves.
In the latest incident, police are investigating an overnight break-in at Governors Parade.
Unknown persons broke into the home around 4am on Tuesday but it's not yet known what was stolen.

Officers are also investigating recent break-ins in Macquarie Street and Coolibah Close, along with an early morning break-in in Morrisset Street where the elderly resident was still in the house.
And in a separate incident, thieves stole a large amount of cash and jewellery from a home in Griffin Street some time over the weekend.
A collection of watches, earrings and a mint coin collection were among the items taken.
