One option
CENTRAL West artist Bridget Thomas will run a ceramics course through TAFE in Orange, Bathurst and Dubbo.
In this course, you will learn the foundations of ceramic studio art practice.
You will explore basic wheel-forming, design, mould-making and hand-forming skills.
You will refine technical and conceptual skills through a process of experimentation and practice. TAFE have a suite of commercial courses on offer too.
Ceramics, drawing, printmaking, painting, sculpture, photography and photo imaging, Cert IV Design. Courses are run out of Bathurst, Orange or Dubbo (interior design is also offered in Cowra and Parkes).
Making music
THE Inland Sea of Sound Festival is a major festival of music, arts and culture staged on the iconic Wahluu-Mount Panorama on February 28-29.

Rain dancing
ROCK 'Til It Rains at Greenthorpe on Saturday, March 14 hopes to bring the community together, reduce isolation, give everyone something to focus on other than the drought, and showcase the amazing musical talent we have in our region.
This wonderful event supports our musicians and the community during tough times.
Brucedale concert
DON'T forget, the Brucedale Twilight Concert and Picnic is on from 5pm until dark on Sunday, March 8.
Tickets available at the gate: Adults $25, concession $20. Gates open at 4pm.
