Played at Morrie Breen Oval in Tourkley, the match will be a chance for the two-time defending Group 10 premier league champions to prepare for the upcoming season which starts on the Easter weekend.
First division will kick-off at 2.30pm, while the premier league side will play at 4pm.
"That'll give our two senior sides a hit out before the knockout," Bathurst Panthers president Dennis Comerford said.
The Bathurst Panthers Rugby League Knockout will be held at Carrington Park on March 13-14, with all eight premier league sides required to play in the tournament.
Panthers opponent for this Saturday were founded 107 years ago in 1913 and have won 12 Central Coast Division Rugby League first grade premierships, the most recent in 2010 against the Berkeley Vale Panthers.
Ourimbah qualified for the Central Coast grand final a year later, but went down to the team they defeated in the 2010 decider.
