More than 40 volunteers from all over the region were treated to a pamper day at the spa's Bathurst and Orange sites.
Macquarie Medi Spa director Karla McDiarmid described the day as "incredible".

"Our love tanks are certainly full," she said.
"We had staff and volunteers in tears as stories were shared, and our team really enjoyed pampering and giving back. It was a very special day."
Ms McDiarmid said they also had skin care gifts donated by Sothys and Dermalogica which volunteers were given to take home with them.
"Jana Elston from Sothys made a special visit from Sydney as she wanted to be a part of the day and she pampered many volunteers with a skin treatment and a relaxing neck and shoulder massage."
Ms McDiarmid said she felt giving back and donating a whole day to volunteers was the best thing the staff at Macquarie Medi Spa could do.
"One volunteer mentioned how her shoulders instantly felt lighter, another said he felt 'pampered like a prince' on his visit."
