The "classic post-war modernist functional" style-hall - wholly-owned by the CWA - is definitely due for a 21st century facelift.
The ladies of the CWA are taking the bull by the horns with the special fundraising weekend on Saturday and Sunday, March 7-8.
Items on display will include rare and beautiful examples of fine bone china, kitchen items from the past, a collection of pristine China dolls from Victorian and Edwardian times, and one-off items from moustache mugs to Toby jugs.
Entry is only $10 and more information, contact Dawn Mobbs on 0428 673 205 or Iris Knowles on 0402 106 213.
