Share the Dignity is a women's charity, aiming to give women and girls the dignity they deserve.
Twice a year, in March and August, the charity ask the public to donate pads, tampons, period underwear and menstrual cups to their Dignity Drives across the country.
Director of Macquarie Medi Spa, Karla McDiarmid, said the business had been partnering with the charity for a couple of years.
"Last year we did the In the Bag drive, where you donate a handbag full of products and write a little hand written note for the ladies.
"This year we're doing the Share the Dignity drive, and we're asking people to donate unopened packets of sanitary products, which are then distributed to women's shelters."
Ms McDiarmid said in previous years, in addition to community donations, schools have also come on board.
"We say to the ladies if you're catching up with friends, get everyone to bring an item to donate," she said.
Ms McDiarmid said the charity Share the Dignity links in quite well with the business.
"We're an all female staff, and we've met people who may not be able to afford these items."
"I know I've had clients who have found themselves living in a shelter for a period of time, so it's really nice for us to be able to help out."
Donations can be left at Macquarie Medi Spa during the month of March, and Ms McDiarmid said she's hoping as many people as possible support the cause.
In addition to the Macquarie Medi Spa drop off, there are also collection points at all Woolworth supermarkets, Australia wide.
At the end of the collection, the charity donate thousands of packets of unopened sanitary products to its partner charities to help women doing it tough.
Recipients include women experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence and those doing it tough.
