The grant, worth $50,000, will assist in the construction of an outdoor deck to provide greater seating options for customers.
Cafe on Corporation was launched as a partnership between Generocity Church and Vivability in November last year with the main goal to provide employment opportunities for people with a disability.
"This grant will give us the opportunity to expand," Generocity Church pastor Caleb Dwyer said.
"The cafe has gone from strength to strength, and our staff from Vivability have really grown into their roles."
Cafe on Corporation currently has the capacity to employ 11 members of staff from Vivability.
State member for Bathurst Paul Toole said he's delighted to see the cafe continue to prosper.
"The venue regularly has mothers groups stopping by for coffee, so it's vital to ensure they're better equipped to cate for higher volumes of traffic," Mr Toole said.
"It's important to give people with a disability opportunities for employment, and we're more than happy to support this initiative."
The state government granted a further $20,000 to help the business get up and running last year.
