The business has also introduced home delivery of tubs of its ice cream, so people don't have to leave the house to enjoy their favourite flavours.
People can also still order birthday cakes and get all of Annie's other menu items for pick-up.
Owner of Annie's, Lisa Pitts, said deliveries are being done locally, but they will take their ice cream out as far as Lithgow if there are enough orders to make the trip financially viable.
People can put in orders over the phone or can contact the ice cream parlour via its Facebook page.
The page is regularly updated with information about deliveries to surrounding areas.
The minimum spend is $25 and there is a $5 delivery fee.
Ms Pitts said people have have been very supportive.
"It has been great, we have got a lot of support and we just hope people will buy their ice cream from us instead of the supermarket," she said. "You'll get much better quality."
